Production of microbial biopmerolys
- Screening of new isolates of PHA producers especially P4HB and P3HB-co-4HB producers.
- Production and optimization of PHA fermentation in a 2 liter, 10 liter and 100 liter stirred fermenters.
Production and application of amylolitic and PHA depolymerase enzymes
- Screening of new isolates of PHA depylomerase enzyme.
- Production and optimization of amylolitic enzymes such as glucoamylase and PHA depolymerase enzymes.
- Immobilization and application of glucoamylase enzymes.
Current Research
- Production of microbial biopolymers such as P3HB, P4HB and P3HB-co-4HB.
