Research Profile

My research focus on diversity, systematics and phylogenetics of microfungi  from various genera with speciel reference to Fusarium, Colletotrichum, Aspergillus and Penicillium

  • Characterization of Colletotrichum species from economically crops in Malaysia.
  • Biodiversity and molecular characterization of Aspergillus and Penicillium species in Malaysia.
  • Biodiversity and Phylogenetic of leaf spot fungi.
  • Biodiversity of endophytic fungi from spine of rattan.
